New clients save 15% on their first year of monthly payments when they sign 3-year lease agreement and submit their security deposit prior to October 1, 2026. Discount does not apply to security deposit, term of the contract beyond the first year, or subsequent contract renewals. Structures will be delivered and operational the week of 3/29/2027-4/2/2027, to coincide with the onset of NYC’s outdoor dining season. Clients must submit an application for their Dining Out NYC/DOT roadway dining structure permit, prior to structure installation. Additional terms and conditions apply.
